Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PineLyte (“the Service”), operated by PineLyte (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed annually in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) at the prices shown on our pricing page. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Free trials

We may offer free trials. At the end of a trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will never charge you without your authorisation.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, including offline support for POS. However, the Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PineLyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
